Today our focus was about 'workflow'. Honestly, I'd already set up a lot of the functions that we covered today so today I haven't learned a lot. However, upwards and onwards!
Although I knew about Google Keep (and don't like it for myself- I use Google Tasks), I might try and use it with some children to see if they like it or not.
I am going to try and use Toby Mini so that I can keep all my planning in one place (instead of clicking from folder to folder ugh!!).
Kia ora Cara,
ReplyDeleteI have just been playing with Google Keep and Toby Mini and I utilise them for different things, Keep - I have set a label up for all my DFI blogs for the year if I ever need to revisit blogs from past cohorts and another label to keep all my DFI agendas in one place. I could see how you could use it for planning as well especially for units of work you use yearly where you could add resources under the label for the unit.
How did the students find Keep? Have you ever introduced them to tasks or calendar to support there own self management of their learning?
Nga mihi,
Mark
